Ludhiana Hosts Basketball Refresher Program Led by US Coach Scott Fleming

Seventeen basketball coaches and players from across Punjab have gathered at Guru Nanak Dev Stadium for a high-level refresher course aimed at elevating the state's sporting standards, an initiative running from Friday until December 9.
The specialized program is being conducted by Scott Fleming, a highly experienced American basketball professional. Fleming is widely renowned for his expertise in elite player development, international coaching, and working with professional leagues in multiple countries. His presence underscores the seriousness of this four-day training module.
The course is organized as a collaborative effort between the Punjab Sports Department, the Punjab Institute of Sports, and the Punjab Basketball Federation. These bodies are jointly sponsoring the training to fulfil their aim of significantly enhancing coaching quality and improving player performance across the state's basketball scene.
Participants are actively engaging in the course this week at the Guru Nanak Dev Stadium in Ludhiana. The program began on Friday, December 5th, and continues until December 9th, providing intensive training over the specified period.
