GLADA launches e-auction for residential and commercial sites in Ludhiana

The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has started an e-auction of residential, commercial and chunk sites located in different GLADA schemes in Ludhiana. The online auction began on Monday and will continue till March 25, 2026 through the designated portal www.puda.enivida.com.
GLADA officials said the auction is being conducted as per the applicable policies and rules of the Government of Punjab and the Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority (PUDA). The sites will be allotted to the highest successful bidders, subject to the fulfillment of prescribed terms and conditions.
After depositing 12 percent of the successful bid amount, the allotted property can be mortgaged to avail loan or financial assistance from empanelled banks including Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.
Officials further stated that if the successful bidder deposits the entire balance amount in a lump sum within 90 days of allotment, a rebate of 15 percent on the total allotment amount will be provided as per the prevailing policy. The facility will allow bidders to mortgage the allotted property with banks and arrange funds for early payment of the remaining amount.
Chief Administrator of GLADA Sandeep Kumar appealed to the general public to participate in the e-auction and take advantage of the opportunity to purchase properties through the online portal.
