Avon Cycles has partnered with Lucknow Super Giants as the Official Cycling Partner for the T20 Season 2026, marking a new sports marketing collaboration aimed at promoting fitness and strengthening youth engagement.
The partnership brings together one of India’s well-known bicycle brands and a cricket franchise with a growing fan base. Announced ahead of the 2026 T20 season, the tie-up seeks to connect with audiences through a shared focus on performance, endurance and active living.
Avon Cycles said the association reflects its long-standing effort to remain relevant to Indian consumers through sports, community outreach and lifestyle-driven branding. The company, which has built a strong retail presence across the country, sees cricket as a powerful platform to expand audience engagement.
Chairman and Managing Director Onkar Singh Pahwa said cycling and cricket both connect people across age groups and regions. He said the company believes the partnership will help strengthen interest in cycling among millions of people.
Managing Director Rishi Pahwa said the brand has always stood for performance, perseverance and purpose, values that align closely with the spirit of Lucknow Super Giants. He said the collaboration would also help Avon deepen its reach across India.
Joint Managing Director Mandeep Singh Pahwa said cricket continues to offer one of the strongest ways to connect with young audiences, adding that the partnership will help the company engage more effectively with fans in different regions.
Lucknow Super Giants CEO Vinay Chopra welcomed Avon Cycles to the franchise and said both brands share a commitment to speed, endurance and excellence. He said the partnership would help bring fans closer to the team during the season.
The collaboration comes as Avon Cycles continues to expand beyond its traditional bicycle business. The company has also grown into fitness equipment through Avon Fitness and is increasing its presence in the e-mobility segment through E World of Avon and E Cycles.
