Sacred Heart Convent International School (SHCIS) recorded another year of outstanding academic success as students delivered exceptional performances in the Cambridge Assessment International Education examinations for the academic session 2025-26, the results of which were declared on May 19.

Students from A Level, AS Level and IGCSE streams achieved remarkable results, bringing laurels to the institution and reinforcing its reputation for academic excellence. The school’s first A Level batch secured 5 A* grades and 17 A grades, setting a strong benchmark for future batches. Among the standout performers, Rayaansh Pahwa secured the highest number of A* grades in the IGCSE examinations with an impressive tally of 6 A*s and 2 As.

The AS Level students also performed impressively by obtaining 40 A grades across different subject combinations. In the IGCSE examinations, students secured 80 A* grades, 84 A grades, six ICE distinctions and one Merit, reflecting strong academic preparation and consistent performance across disciplines.

In subject-wise results, IGCSE students achieved 17 A* grades and 6 A grades in Physics, 12 A* grades and 12 A grades in Chemistry, 20 A* grades and 20 A grades in Mathematics, and 5 A* grades along with 4 A grades in ICT.

Among the top achievers in A Level, Laksh Mittal topped the Commerce stream with 88.25%, while Sukhmeen Kaur secured the highest marks in the Science stream with 82%. In the AS Level examinations, Tanishqa Meadh scored 87.7% and Uddhav Kapoor secured 87.3% in the Science stream, while Inayat Palta topped the Commerce stream with 82.3%.

The IGCSE students also registered notable achievements. Annvi Gupta topped the Science stream with 93%, followed by Aadit Chatley with 92%. Tranya Virmani achieved 6 A*s, while in the Commerce stream, Akshit Gupta scored 90.8% and Geet Kaur secured 88.6%.

School Manager Chantal, Principal Shanthi Dsouza and Vice Principal Sabina Oliveira congratulated the students on their achievements and appreciated the efforts of teachers and parents. They encouraged students to continue pursuing excellence with confidence, integrity and perseverance in their future academic journey.
